The Ranch Motel offers great value clean and comfortable accommodation. The Motel is all ground floor with parking at your door. The Motel proves very popular with seniors, couples, families and groups. Fishing is one of the main activities in Sussex Inlet, many fish are caught in front of the Motel!

 

Layout is a combination of 14 rooms with Double, Twin and Family Rooms available. All rooms have water views, ensuite, toaster, heater, fan, tea and coffee, HD TV Channels and bar fridge. The two Family Rooms have two separate sleeping areas with a queen and two single beds also a small kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery for 4 people. All linen, blankets and towels are supplied.

 

Facilities include a large outdoor BBQ which is perfect for catering to our groups and is free to use for our guests. The pool adjoins the BBQ area for cooling down in the warmer months.

 

Local attractions include a 9 hole Golf Course, heated indoor pool, Cinema, pristine surf beaches, fishing and boat hire. Jervis bay is only 20 minutes away with Dolphin and Whale watching.

 

Local services include The Bowling Club (next door), RSL Club, Sailfish Club, Tavern, IGA supermarket, Foodworks, Ambulance and Police station. The CBD has a combination of shops, Vet surgery (with Cat boarding), NAB Bank and Post Office and retains that pleasant small town appeal. Dog boarding facilities are at the Sussex Inlet turn off, no pets are allowed at the Motel.
